We hope that you are enjoying your visit
with us. If you are having difficulty using our web
site maybe some of the information below and in the glossary
will help, if not please feel free to contact the
webmaster at
webmaster@fbcgraham.org
with your questions, comments or suggestions.
We want your visit here to be pleasant and rewarding.

General:
At the top of each page there is a header. No
matter which page of our site that you are currently on it
will always contain some of the same items. The
header has the name of our church (which you can click on
to return to the Home page), our Mission Statement and a
picture of our Church steeple. Also along the top
are links
to the home page, the contact page and a site map or table of contents.
On the left side of most pages there is a navigation
bar, that you use to take you to other sections of the
site. Usually, the sections listed would be the
parent section and the sub-sections of the section that
you are currently in.
At the bottom of each page are links to other pages on
this site.
Plus, the date that the page that you are currently
viewing was last modified on is also shown here.
All email addresses on our site are listed using a HTML
feature called mailto. Using this feature the
address will appear underlined. When you click on
the address an email to the person at that address will be
created. Of course your computer's email client must
be set up properly for this feature to work.
When you see underlined text on our site it is more
than likely a link. The definition of a link can be
found in our internet glossary.
Most the forms that you find on our site are designed
so that when you finish filling them out and press the
send button on the form, they will be sent to the us via
email. After your mail has been successfully
submitted you will be shown a confirmation page. If
your browser does not support these forms, please copy the
form text and email it to
fbc@fbcgraham.org.
Video:
Our site is designed to look its best when it is viewed
using a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater.
We have also attempted to use graphics that contain the
Netscape standard of 216 colors or less. Sometimes
though, this is not possible. This and many other
sites on the Internet now look better using the High Color
(16 bit) setting. If you are interested in changing
your system to display more colors, please take a look at
your computer's owner's manual to see if your hardware is
capable of these changes.
Web Browsers:
The "look" or "appearance" of our
web site is mainly determined by the type of browser you
are using. This site was designed using some
advanced HTML features. We have tried to keep the
use of these features at a minimum, but to enhance your
experience and make this site more functional we were
required to use some of these features. To take
advantage of these features you will probably need to be
using the latest version of you browser. Two of the
more popular browsers on the market today are the Netscape
Communicator available at Netscape
and the Microsoft Internet Explorer which can be found at Microsoft.
The best news is that both of these browsers are now free
of charge, so it won't cost you anything to get the latest
version.
Some of the older browsers that don't support the
latest HTML features are older versions of America Online,
Mosaic, Netscape, Netcom, Mosaic and Prodigy.
